Clear Bag Policy

The Orpheum Theatre implemented a Clear Bag Policy.

  • Clear bags are required to enter the facilities for all events. Clear bags may not exceed 12x12x6 inches in size.
  • Non-clear small wallets, clutches, wristlets, fanny packs, etc. are permitted if they do not exceed 7.5x5 inches and are subject to search.
  • Limit one bag per person.
  • Diaper bags or other medically necessary bags are permitted and will be subject to search.

You'll also receive a souvenir tour lanyard with a Join The Band Tour Pass to commemorate the day. Don't miss your chance to create unforgettable, treasured memories with your children that will last a lifetime!

Here’s how it works: Photo Experience ticket purchasers should go to the Will Call window at the Box Office on the show day to pick up their passes and after-show instructions. Each adult and child (age two and up) in a group must have a Photo Experience ticket in order to attend. The Photo Experience will start shortly after the end of show.
